Welcome to SamSmiths.info
Well someone had to do it. For staff and customers alike - a lot of recent brewery decisions, have caused some major problems. It's getting to a point whereby customers are ONLY returning to establishments because of favorable prices - and little more!
Meanwhile, staff and management are being made to look idiots, as they have to defend some of the ludicrous actions of the company - who do little to support their managers by way of signage - which would take some personal responsibility away from the managers and staff when having to explain / enforce what would otherwise be, unbelievably rulings.
It would seem as if the Samuel Smiths company are doing everything possible to make everyone's life as miserable as possible - that can only be described in one way:
A shortsighted, inconsiderate, selfish and unrealistic attitude - usually of the type found amongst people of a lower than average intellect, or with some learning difficulties.
With the brewery banning managers from operating venue websites - it's not only becoming more difficult to market ones own establishment - but general lines of communications across the whole organisation are made difficult - leaving individual members of staff and managers, feeling very insular.
And what about the loyal customers? Well they can't complain - their beer is cheap enough isn't it? Any genuine human being, with half an ounce of intelligence, would realize that pricing isn't everything - people are still prepared to pay for quality! Loyal customers are being treated like dirt - as their social fabric is being ripped apart by morons with more money than sense! And if anyone thinks that statement is a bit strong - believe you me, that's nothing compared with the strong and colourful comments being made, day-after-day by customers who have supported the Samuel Smiths Brewery, for many, many years.
So here it is.. the opportunity for anyone to communicate, share view, news and ideas - whilst remaining anonymous - and free from the cruel wrath of the company.
If you have something new to add, then please feel free to do so. Registration is free - and no information is divulged with any other parties - especially the brewery. All anyone can see, is what you and others post. Joining this site, only takes seconds to complete. Here:
