Brewery Tours have been a thing of the past for many years now, due to 'health & safety' I believe.

That's a shame but maybe it's the rule at all breweries.

I thought the tours had started again, they were stopped some years ago due to some guy pissing in a vat of beer, this had to be dumped I believe in the river Wharf. >:(

Pissing in Sam Smiths beer, should be a capital offence, would have been alright in John Smiths though.

Going back to this bottled beer subject when I was a teenager my mates and myself(about 4or5 of us) used to go every Sunday lunch time to a Sam Smiths pub and drink a bottled beer called Green Label. I don;t really know why we did because the rest of the time we drank draft beer but any way it was a good lunch time session with plenty of people in and when they called last orders at 2 o:clock we all went home for our meals and would do the same again the following Sunday. What I would like to know is do they still sell Green Label in Sam Smiths pubs or their off licences.

The Crows Nest in Cleethorpes but I don't get there anymore as I have moved near to London. A few months ago I was talking to an old mate and he said the place is dead now but did'nt know why, he obviously does'nt know about Humphrey.
