ya know what eventually we will go to work, come home and thats it, nobody will mix with anyone else,no-one will know their neighbour.well be like drones and completely isolated from each other. chatting with strangers will no longer happen, bumping into people you only see in certain pubs will no longer happen. will we become more selfish, not wanting to interact with others,?. will we give a damn about anybody else? ive always looked upon pubs as adult youth clubs where you can have a laugh, game or just chat.who wants to sit at home drinking cheap supermarket booze, on your own,not have anyone to moan about the football with, politics with, the weather, the buses.sharing your joys and just socialising!!bugger me think ill get my name down for the nick at least they mix at least once a day. aaah im going for a pint (whoevers it is)

Chris Etchells is documenting the decline of British pubs in photographs, Centurion, there are only 9 photo's on that link.
With between 30 - 50 pubs closing every week I wager he has in his portfolio a Sam's or three.

my local ran out of beer and cider two weeks ago, they asked for a delivery and were refused cos it wasnt on the usual day,so they bought from elsewhere to tied them over (sams is a very popular guest ). its still being supped so they lost out there.ciders not as good tho, i love sams organic even if it is a bit gassy
