It is a lovely building and hopefully it will open soon, but we shall see. Especially when Sams and the Council are still at loggerheads over certain issues. Plus the fact that Sams are supposedly short of money to do up several of their pubs at the moment.

i totally agree with you, i generally only believe rumours that are confirmed by managers (via dray or stock takers) or physical property.
