It's a really nice new build put that's in keeping with the area.

When I was there a few weekends ago I got locked in as there was a bit of a skirmish between the Police and Sheffield supports (derby day).  Worth a visit, but landlady was not very "friendly", unlike the landlord who was okay.

Try the pub on the railway platform, lots of real ales and Russian lagers!  Didn't have any myself, but looked good.  Also try the New Barrack Tavern (Castle Rock pub) if you have time and don't mind a walk.

It's mad Ian, I used to go past the Crow's Nest on a regular basis when I lived in Cleethorpes, but never realised it was an SS pub.  What's it like inside?  I'm not overly keen on estate pubs myself.

Very big pub, nice big bay windows. Beer good, nice people in when I went in today. One downside was the toilets had not been cleaned out from the night before and looked a bit grubby.

Re Cramond.  100% sure it's a Sams Smith's pub and a nice one.
