Sam Smiths also own Fircroft in Tadcaster.
It is another Grade 2 listed building (built 1890's) that they bought & it has remained empty & boarded up for at least 10 years. The SS gardeners go & cut the grass & keep the gardens tidy.
It used to be an old peoples home before SS bought it. Nice stained glass window & lovely grounds would make a fantastic luxury hotel or nice HQ office.

I think they may also own the big old house in Healaugh.

Where does Oliver live, I thought he lived at Nun Appleton Hall?

I do believe that Oliver lives in Healaugh, close to the church.

Might Google it tomorrow ...........

It is rumoured that the Humph has recently bought a farm in or near Bolton Percy for ?1m (approx). Apparently the farm had planning permission for some of the land which may well explain the purchase! Will find out the name of the farm tonight.

Found myself driving past today so I tried to take a photo of it.   The second one is of the lodge. Both of these photo where taken from a public road so I have every right to take them and post them on here. :<>
