not a happy girl
« on: Aug 25 - 2008 »
 hi there

i am currently working for the ever so mighty company (dont no for how long) we are currently under attack from his lordship and will most likely be terminated at the end of this month (through no fault of our own).

my husband has been in this business for many years i however have only joined the company recently. i have never met a man so abnoxious and rude in all my life.. if e cant get you out legally he will find the smallest issue to get  you with (in our case the grass at the front wasn't cut -- it had been raining)

i will not let this lie... that man i going to pay heavily for what he is doin to me and my family.. i have 2 kids 5 and 18 months and one on the way ... he is willing to kick us out on the street, leaving us to go on the rock n roll - which in my opinion is embarrasing.. he will not win.

my parner and i work 98 hours between us in the bar per week.. we have 15 hours staff a week.. how crap is that.

i hope past or future employees of his lordship will stand their ground too and stand up to this ridicule of a man.  thankfully i have not had the pleasure of mr ob being our area manager we have the most fantastic one of all ... and that is MR H W Smith...

i found this site by chance... but i will pass it on to other staff members in or out of the company

thanks

There is an unfair dismissal case going through at the moment involving several ex-landlords in the South Yorkshire area. The hearing is scheduled for September. If you are in the union try contacting them, I understand their solicitor is dealing with the cases.

Trouble is, by the time you take Sams to court Humphrey may not have any money left!

unfortunately we thought we would be ok... we did everything his lordship wanted without question... so we didn't join the union..(i know i know how daft were we) but we have a solicitor acting on our behalf.

whats the name of the union  - dunt no if its too late to join...
