Circus Bar in Cheltenham, Sold???

Could someone please get in touch if they know any news relating to the Circus Bar in Cheltenham. I went to go there last night and it is all closed up and the stock has gone from the bars!! Has it closed for good, been sold, etc???

Went in there last year and the landlord told me it was on the list for a total refurb. Apparently Hump wanted to turn it back into a pub rather than the cafe/wine bar style place that it is at the moment.
