hi all ,reading these posts (ive never been in the 3 tuns) in my opinion if this is all true the management would have been gone by the hump a long time ago
it sounds to me like a personal vendetta against the management, if this is true this is not the place to post personal disagreements  to try to get people sacked
i find it hard to believe if all this is going on  they are still managers
if it is true it needs to be addressed

This is all turning into a slanging match and that has no place on this forum. If you have a genuine complaint to make about managers then have the courage of your convictions and write to the brewery.

Fully agree with you OTD, this forum is not the place for this type of posting. It will do no good at all, write direct to the brewery. This is the wrong place for a private spat.

the managers writing on here need to protect there identitys unfortunately,as its classed as gross misconduct by hrw an sacked is the only thing he,ll say to you he classes it as breaking confidentiality....on a few meetings with him he,s asked bout this site, i say what site?? :-X but it would be good if managers could have there say this slanging match is getting boring now lets start a new debate ::)

I was referring to both sides in the slanging match so if you agree then why keep going? It's no use forwarding threads from this forum. Like I said, if you have a genuine complaint, put it in writing, to the brewery.

Right I'm back home from a trip up north, went into 4 Sams pubs while there, one of them being a real gem. Will post more and a lot of photo's tomorrow, but for now I would like to say...................

Went into the Three Tuns at Birtley on Saturday tea time around 6pm.  Only had time for one pint as I had to get back to my hotel by 6-45 or I was in trouble for my better half. So my comments about this pub is only from a brief visit.

I found the Three Tuns to be OK, nothing special, but nothing bad.  Pub was clean and tidy. Toilets was clean, on smell of smoke anywhere inside the pub.  Locals friendly to me, it looked like a few was having a after work drink before going home. The OBB was good, did not have to ask for a top up has it have a nice head on it.  Did not see any dogs or children while there.

Will post photo's tomorrow if I have the time.
