Relief Managers

I laugh humphrey still employs the idiots who done our relief,they broke the till,drove customers away,it took us three weeks to get them to come back,they even got a customers from a york pub visiting friends to do the lines, now there back again and once again they have broken the till and have the balls to phone us and ask how to do a till reading,thick ******,as we got finished 11mths into our contract,no surprise there.I am really glad that it is not doing very well,we went down for weekend to find out,even new manager said it was busy because we were there,hope it goes tits up for them and humphrey the greedy man,we were starting to get the right people in not druggies,etc.New management are to slow,to old,and really miserably

I know one couple that did a relief at a local Sams pub and the ex member of staff was telling them how to work the till nd then later how to do the till readings. Also no idea how to clean the lines a customer helped them do it. What idiots Humphrey is employing in some of his pubs.

Other relief manager's have been good though, so its a mixed bag.

Well done DarkieBoy, I was going to report it myself but did not get around to it.

I think it is very important that we keep this forum as civil as possible, and it is quite easy to put your point across without all the bad language.
