The manager in question has not been there that long. He took over when one of the South Yorkshire rebels refused to accept the cut in staff hours.

I believe that the manager at the Crown Inn at Bolton Percy has moved from the Harewood Arms,Harewood to the Crown. This was after her husband died i think.

Also the Red Lion at Bramham is a single relief guy i believe.

I think that Humphrey Smith accepts relief managers being single (I've only heard of male relief managers.
