Catterton Estate

The Catterton Estate has been bought recently for ?3.25 million.
It bordered onto alot of Humphrey's existing agricultural land.
When I went through Catterton today, it had all the hallmarks that it had been bought by Humphrey (gaps in hedging replanted with hawthorn & new traditional timber gates to the entrances to the fields).
Anyone know if he has bought it?
