I see so many signs in Samuel Smith's pubs that are so tacky.  Also, the terminology used comes across (to me) as being very authoritarian.

Fortunately, most of the signs in Widow's Cullen's Well have been removed.  These include the signs about tourists wondering around.

I agree DB, i am fed up of walking into several different SS pub's and been confronted by signs that are badly worded or just plain stupid. Some are badly written in black marker pen or stuck up by gaffer tape. Please manager make them at least look presetable and sensible.
