Ok sorry, it just seems that the drays tend to get the blame for quite a lot of things that happen both by the brewery and by the managers.
Usually, a sales/order/picking/distribution system has the weight of every item stored so the vehicles can't be overloaded, but it seems that Sams don't have such a streamlined system so although the stock is picked for loading, putting all of it on the wagon would overload it, so something has to be left off. Not the draymen's fault as the driver risks a hefty fine and points for overloading. That's not to say that stock is sometimes simply missed off or the wrong product loaded by mistake but that can happen anywhere.
