If anybody as trouble finding the Hansom cab, just ask a local for the Disney Store,   The pub is only a few yards from there.

In Howden Arms. Really small, nice and busy pub with outside toilets.

They have got Sunday dinners on.  Quite a few people were eating.  Three different meats (yuck!) were being served for ?6.95 or ?7.95 depending what type.  DarkieGirl thought that the helpings were generous and the food didn't look too ping ping (she has food experience, beyond just eating it).

Of course he did!  I believe that he was with Mrs Humphrey and Master Humphrey.

He was also carrying a pair of shoes.  Personally, I am not against him wearing wellies.  If he is walking to and from church or work over the fields then it is just practical and I commend him from for walking and not using his car (environmentally friendly and healthier).  I did notice other people who were also suited and welly booted in Tadcaster.  It could also be the local fashion - perhaps Humphrey is a "Fashion Starter, terrific fashion starter".

I can understand that some members of this forum may have been concerned about our visit to York this Saturday gone.  However, just for the record, despite the away-day being well-publicised on this forum, we had no hassle in any of the nine Samuel Smith's pubs that we visited in York.

Hopefully, the next time that a forum meet-up is planned, more members will go as any fear will have been way-laid.
