Pop up's then logging on.

Are the pop up things new or what.

I've had a few of late and just ignored then because, well because I was sure what they were. It was only today that I've taken any notice of them. Are they like a mini "PM?" 

I'm sorry if I've upset anyone by ignoring them, but I'm newish to kind of thing.  Don't forget I didn't know what a chatroom was until someone on told me.

Yes i believe that the pop ups are for the chat room element of the site to chat to certain people only. If you click on the who's online it brings a list up and select the person you want to talk to. Pretty easy, even for the silver surfers amongst us.

That's quite good! If you click on the number of "members/guests on line" it shows you what each in turn is looking at.
