The former Lloyds bank in Grimsby was turned into a pub many years ago...the pub name is "Lloyds".

Widow Cullen's Well is my local Samuel Smith's pub and I agree, the new managers are enthusiastic.  However, I don't think that they've had a day off since they started.

Some of these new managers seem to think that if they just work and work, the pubs going to take more money. I understand that they want to clean it after a managers been sacked and not cared as much as before. But some now are cleaning whilst been open, and is a little off putting.

Some hae lots of new enthusiasm at the start only for it to dissapear 6 months later, due to a visit from Humphrey. Saying you're not taking enough money or some other made up excuse. So many good managers are leaving and sacked by Humphrey for no good reason. Some pubs i think i shall not visit next year, if the same new managers are still there. I don't know where some of these new managers come from or are selected.
