PS they do have a great offer on at the moment on bottled BRITISH beers (not Sams)

Even the screwcap is cheap and not a proper Stelvin enclosure. Not being snobby at all but it really is vile and I'm not someone who thinks wine in screwcap bottles is inferior.
There's several hundred wineries making Tempranillo but I'd say that SS buys bulk from a co-operative or merchant that buys all the wine that Tempranillo (and that South African stuff that could be used as a chemical weapon) producers can't or won't sell then blends it all together to make something saleable, to the right buyer.
Good Tempranillo is a cracking wine and as you say, Booth's don't sell rubbish.
