3 goats heads oxford

I managed along with my wife the three goats heads in Oxford for Samuel Smiths till November 2011 and subject to rumour I had never heard of any stories of the pub being sold.
The pub has just had quite a bit of money spent it on it with a mini refurb throughout and after many discussions with Mr Smith I know he holds the 3 Goats in high regard.
The 3 Goats Heads is a cracking little pub and consumers should just enjoy it for what it is.
In case your wondering??? My wife and myself left due to family matters but would gladly return again as managers.
Please remember Samuel Smiths keep thousands of people in employment no matter what you may think of the company.

Welcome to the forum and please stay around, as we don't have many ex managers that stay for that long. As some have been treated by the brewery.
It does seem odd, that if SS have spent alot of money on the pub then why sell it. I do know a few managers that have been well treated by teh brewery, but they are far and few in the grand scheme of things.
