this is exactly what hes like when you ring and ask for help or to change what u dispense cos you have been told that it will sell by simply asking the people what they would buy so Ur doing your job in trying to make him more money and u simply get "NO i don't think so! and down goes the fone" very ignorant and arrogant man 98% of the time. But if people don't try to educate this clown there were will be no more SAM smiths very soon and that is fact hes gone through SO many staff over the years any good managers left to run his pub like they should be wont work for the man because of his reputation and the crummy wage that he pays for a stressful, long hours job. But i do think hes amusing at times

I can imagine from the stories i keep hearing the the few times that I have seen or overheard him talking to managers and customers alike. Its his way or the highway, he just doesn't listen to the customers, managers or employees. He is in control and that's the way it is. He has gone through a large number of managers over the last few years and many more might join. As plenty of vacancies at the moment.
