FOB
« on: Nov 4 - 2008 »
I watched the movie the Green Mile earlier this evening and saw Mr. F.O.B. playing one of the senior supporting roles as a prison officer.
He was the one who trod on the mouse. Now C'mon you have all seen the film, am I right was it him or not?

F.O.B. - Steptoe
Always in support of the Samuel Smiths Brewery - although very concerned about the current company strategy towards its staff and customers, as exercised by the Directors. We believe in promoting common sense, decency, compassion, fairness and compliance with company, employment and English law.

FOB = Fran O'Brien - but not to be confused with the unpopular person of the same name here, or the artist (I doubt)!

This Fran O'Brien is a Sam Smiths Area Manager, and allegedly Humphrey Smiths right-hand man. It has been suggested that the man will often appear friendly, accommodating and smiling - but behind your back, a very different picture.

Heed well every warning about this odious little man. He appears to have no redeeming features whatsoever, indeed his inability to demonstrate any empathic feeling towards anyone (HWS excepted obviously) must surely be evidence of his true nature. If only half the stories we hear about him are true, he must be evil incarnate!

It's a shame that he wasn;t the one that was strapped in the electric chair! That would have broken all box office records, Iknow I'd have bought a ticket !
