new member,glad 2 know we not alone on how we feel bout this idiot,he thinks hes god and can do wot he likes,treats staff like sh*t,and doesnt care 4 anyone,staff,customers,has no idear wot the customers want and need,has ruined 1 of the best public houses he ownes.

Our local was being run by a fantastic relief couple, while the landlady was ill, they asked me if I wanted some hours.  After one week the landlady came back and told me that I would no longer be required, but could I please be available to fill in when needed.  I dont think so.  She is also cutting back on the staff who have worked there for years so her family can have the hours.  both my partner and I are now thinking about drinking elsewhere as the clientele has changed since she took over, and it is definately for the worse, with her favourites getting away with what ever they want.
