Thankyou bigjim for your comments.

I'm very careful about posting photo's taken inside any Sam Smith's pub. I never use flash or ask permission and always without the knowledge of the managers. The last thing I want to do is to course any trouble for the manager of any pub.

I've just posted a photo taking inside the Hare and Hounds, Stutton if you care to look.

This photo taken from outside the Greyhound is of the outside toilets. Ladies in front on the right, the gents on the left which by the way was spotless.

This photo is for member only.

Cracking pub. really well run by the new management team. One of our favourite haunts when free. Strongly recommend it. No Sovereign tho! :)

A quote from the Saxton CC website -

The Greyhound Inn, Saxton
After the departure of Kate to pastures new and the ill-judged imposition of a temporary manager that threw in the towel ("I think you're in the wrong job" to quote Snowy) and left the village dry for a weekend...

Steve and Liz Jenkinson, long-time supporters of the Cricket Club, are now manning the pumps at the Greyhound. Congratulations and good luck to them both.
