A group of us had to go the Eagle on Saturday afternoon. Had a fantastic time, great beer, very friendly bar staff/management. Made to feel welcome all the time we were there.

Can the staff move to York please?

I'm not certain, but I think there were about 12 in when we got there at 2 ish, and there were roughly the same at about 7 ish. I know a few people turned up about 5ish, but how many had left I didn't notice.

While in Leeds today I made a visit to the Eagle, what a surprise I got.   We stayed for a meal and it was typical  pub food, was happy at the price we paid.  A vast difference to my last visit a few years ago when a customer asked me what I was doing in "his pub"
