i called into one of sam smiths pubs the three tuns in birtley the glasses were dirty the measures were low the managers have recently took over having no previous experience of pub work as i was told by a customer. there were  dogs and children behind the bar a visit to the toilets was a experience i will not be repeating. the smoking ban does not apply in this pub as the manager allow the smoking in the hall ways. one of the worst i have visited on my tour of sam smiths

Used to be a great pub but these days I'm surprised you got out in one piece!  It was closed for a while because no-one could control the "customers" but reopened with management that still can't handle the local shite so they just let them run riot.
