According to todays York Press, Costa Coffee have applied for planning permission to open in the old bank premises opposite the brewery. I can't see that HS bought it then.

Planning application not yet granted ( link below),would imagine brewery and others will object.

I know which I prefer and it's not the one that is produced locally to me. Used to be good but not anymore......
