If you could supply me with every single bit of information you have available (where possible) such as times, any witnesses to the visits, etc., etc., then I will draft you one which I think you will be more than happy with. Send info to me via email: legalservices @ samsmiths.info

Both me and my husband got sacked in december after 6 months as managers. i had worked there nearly 3 years and humph sacked us over the phone. the day before he accused me of being a big drug dealer (never used in my life) an because we hadnt got the silly 5% surplus that he wants he got rid of us we also had a walk in stock on the day concerned we had signed to say money was right stocktaker left pub and came back ten mins later told me to ring humph and then had to recount money surprise surprise money had gone missing so i got accused of stealing it (no proof arrested and released without charge) he later that day accused my hubby and we had to be out by midnight with a fully furnished flat 3 kids and a dog he owes us both 10 days wages 11 days holiday between us £1000 bond (which i know we wont get back) and havent got our p45s
ive spoken to employment tribunal lawyers and been told he cant do this but need to send letter which im rubbish at writing letters
so can any one help and advise what i need to put in one
