Have yo done it?   If not can you call yourself a long distance fell runner? ;) Thanks for posting that clip Ian, no I have not done the Fellsman, but having run the Lykewake 9 times, best in 6.30, plus the Three Peaks, 5. 28 and dozens of 26 milers I count myself as a long distance fell runner. Unfortunately I didn't start running until the age of 42, but thats my fault. Unlike football, fell running is not a mass spectator sport, thank goodness. It's a state of mind that you need to do it to understand.
