Thinking about the changing management teams it makes me wonder if the idea is that by continually changing staff pay and conditions are kept to a minimum. I don't know what the t&c's are but business leaders have been known to increase staff turnover to reduce incremental payments, bonus and pension costs. I am convinced SS believe they can do this because the customers will continue to visit no matter what.

I live next door to one of the pubs, the company are truly awful to deal with, Humphrey has treat friends of mine in very unethical ways, and I refuse to go into his establishments. There are many people who are happy to support his ways due to the cheap cost of his ale.
It really does make me laugh to see people sat at his bar saying "Humphrey Smith is an awful person, I'd never work for him, yes that's 3 Taddy lagers and a sovereign bitter please".
May aswell just say here Humphrey, I'll give you £8.00 to carry on as you are doing.
